How do I book a transfer?

Step 1

Enter your pick-up location and your exact destination or any address online
You can easily enter your pick-up and drop-off address online. Select your exact transfer date and the number of passengers.

Step 2

Receive your transfer price
After you have entered your details, you will receive an individual transfer price for which you can book. Select whether a return transfer is required. If you need a return transfer from another location, please book two one-way trips.

Step 3

Enter the transfer details and your contact details
Select your exact transfer date and times. Please let us know the number of pieces of luggage as well as any ski or snowboard bags and child seats required. Fill in your required contact details in this step. It is important to include a telephone number so that we can contact you if necessary.

Step 4

Select your payment method and complete your booking
You can choose between paying by credit card in advance or paying on the day of the transfer directly to the driver in cash or by credit card. After you have chosen a payment method, you must complete the booking so that it is saved.

Step 5

You will receive a booking confirmation
Once we have received your booking, you will receive an email confirming the transfer. You will receive a reminder email with the journey details one day before your transfer.

Transfer process

Step 1

The driver will meet you at the airport or at your specified pick-up address with a name sign
You will be picked up with a name sign in the arrivals hall of the airport. If you are being picked up at a hotel, the driver will be waiting in the lobby with a sign. We will be happy to help you load your luggage.

Step 2

Procedure in case of a flight or train delay
As soon as you know that your flight or train is delayed, please let us know by phone or email. We will track your flight number to keep you up to date.

Step 3

Payment for the transfer
If payment is made on the day of the transfer, each journey is paid separately to the driver at the end of the transfer.

Booking & Payment

No! You do not need a credit card to make a booking with us. In this case, you can choose to pay the driver in cash on the day of the transfer. No deposit is necessary.

You can pay us in cash in euros, but also with all credit cards and debit cards as well as American Express, Apple Pay and Google Pay. Card payment is possible both in advance and directly with the driver on the day of the transfer.

It is no problem to pay for your transfer in advance. You can do this directly online. This is a pre-authorization. The amount will only be debited at a later date.

Changes

If you decide afterwards that you would like to pay in advance, this is not a problem. Just send us a short e-mail or give us a call. We will send you a payment link by e-mail.

Normally it is no problem to change the pick-up time of your transfer. However, please let us know as early as possible. We cannot guarantee a change at short notice.

If you have missed your booked flight or train, please let us know as soon as possible. Please send us an e-mail or call our support team.

As soon as you know that your flight or train is delayed, please let us know by e-mail or telephone.

We do our best, unfortunately we cannot always guarantee that we can provide a transfer for your replacement flight or your replacement journey by coach due to bookings from other customers.
For flight delays of more than 7 hours, we cannot guarantee that we will be able to provide a vehicle for you. We will do our best to make it possible for you anyway.

Extras

If you are traveling with children, please let us know their age so that we can provide the appropriate baby or child seats and booster seats. You can select the number of child seats during the booking process under extras.

Small pets and dogs are very welcome. Please let us know in advance if you are traveling with a pet.

It is no problem to make another stop along the way. We charge €15 for each extra stop (incl. 15′ waiting time). If the waiting time is more than 15′, an amount of 30,-€ will be charged for every additional 30′.

It is no problem to transport your wheelchair with us. Please let us know in advance so that we can provide a suitable vehicle.

Cancellation

If you wish to cancel your transfer with us, please send us an e-mail or give us a quick call. Our staff will take care of it immediately. Cancellations up to 24 hours before the transfer will not be charged and you will be refunded 100% of the transfer price if you pay in advance.

During the transfer

It is not permitted to eat in the vehicle. Water and non-alcoholic drinks may be consumed during the journey. Alcoholic drinks are prohibited.

General questions

You will be picked up in the vehicle you have booked. If you book a Mercedes E-Class, you will also be picked up in a larger vehicle, depending on availability. There is no extra charge for this.

If for some inexplicable reason your driver is not on site, please call our hotline immediately. We will take care of the problem immediately.

Airport: The driver will wait for you in the arrivals hall until you have collected your luggage and are ready. If you have not arrived at the arrivals hall 30-45′ after landing time, the driver will call you.

Munich or Zurich Airport: If you are not with our driver later than 45′ after landing, we have to charge an additional fee due to the high parking fees at the airport.

Hotel or other pick-up location: The driver will wait 15′ for you before someone from support tries to reach you by phone. If no one can be reached by phone, we will wait another 15′ before canceling the transfer.
